Experiencing stomach pain at 7 months pregnant, what now?

hi ..i am 7 month (28) pregnant ..Yesterday, I walked a little too fast, and it started to cause pain on the left side of my stomach.but I was fine with rest and water, but today there is a little pain again. What should I do??

As you're 7 months pregnant and feeling some pain on the left side of your stomach. When you walk fast during pregnancy, the round ligaments that support your uterus can get stretched, causing that discomfort. It's pretty common, nothing to worry too much about. However, it's good to take it easy when you feel that pain. Make sure to stay hydrated and rest. If the pain persists or gets worse, it's best to give your gynecologist a call, just to be on the safe side.
