Hello, I have a vertigo problem for 6 months. If I move the neck too much, then there is a feeling of instability. I did therapy in Delhi, got some relief but I was not completely satisfied. After that, the report from MRI Brain and Cervical Spine showed normal which was taken by a Neurologist in Patna. Please suggest to me some good treatment to get relief from pain.
