Why am I experiencing hair fall, nose bleeds, weakness?
I have terrible hair fall and nose bleed followed by weight loss and weakness

There might be a few reasons for these issues. You could have a nutritional deficiency. Or it could be stress. Or maybe another health problem. To feel better, eat healthy foods. Reduce stress by resting more. But if this keeps happening, see a doctor soon.
