What the doctor is saying sounds like there is a problem with passing stool which can be caused if you eat coal. This in turn can cause constipation. Positively, eating more fiber can be of great help in this case. Reject the idea of eating coal and instead drink a lot of water. Eating fiber like fruits and veggies can also help. If the issue persists, go to a gastroenterologist.
