Please I have an issue with my ear. I discovered that I couldn't hear clearly again. On checking by a relative, it was discovered that there are lots of waxes which was cleaned with cotton bud. Unfortunately, I couldn't still hear well as there's a continuous sound from the ear (like a continuous sound). A drop of baby oil was applied to soften any wax still contained internally but no success yet. I don't know what I should do next. Expecting your recommendations. Thanks.

Your description makes me think you just got a blockage due to your excessive earwax. I recommend you book an appointment with an ENT specialist. Consulting them for your hearing-related problems is an important step to take to derive a proper solution.
