Vinegar Experiment
  • Take a bowl mix baking soda with jello.
  • Pour vinegar to create colour and an explosion of foam to engage all five senses.
Bubble Wrap
  • Popping bubble wrap is an activity enjoyed by all age groups.
  • Try out with hands and feet for different sensations.
Blocks
  • Building blocks or legos encourages them to think creatively.
  • Teaches them to respond to new situations.
Story-Telling
  • Helps them with creative thinking.
  • They explore new ideas, characters, etc.
Pottery Making
  • Develops coordination of mind, hands and eyes.
  • Feel and motion of clay moving give them a large amount of sensory input.
Tactile Experiment
  • Can see and feel different textures.
  • You can use satin, sand paper, etc.
