Parkinson's disease can disrupt eye movements, causing difficulties in coordination and initiation. This oculomotor dysfunction, coupled with symptoms like bradykinesia, may lead individuals to close their eyes. This adaptive behavior helps reduce visual input, stabilizing gaze, improving balance, and mitigating the risk of falls.

The motor symptoms, such as tremors and bradykinesia, can affect coordination and balance. Closing the eyes may provide a sense of stability by minimizing visual distractions and allowing them to better navigate their surroundings.

- Parkinson Disease reduces retinal cell in the eye which rely on dopamine to process and perceive the colours.
- Patient cannot adjust rapid changes in light.
- Patient have dry eyes which troubles them with depth perception.
