I need to know the rates for Cataract surgery. Which different type of lenses?
The cost of cataract surgery in India ranges between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 1,00,000. Price variation can be attributed to type of surgery opted for and location of hospital.
As per our knowledge, there are types of artificial intraocular lens:
Monofocal: If you don’t suffer from astigmatism, then a monofocal lens can be used to correct a single vision range. For example, if you are nearsighted, and have troubles seeing a computer, or even if you are are farsighted, a monofocal lens will efficiently treat either of these problems. Additionally, monofocal lenses don’t have any glare or halos at night, which can make you feel more confident while driving in the dark.
Toric: Toric lenses can be used for patients with astigmatism. They correct near, intermediate, or farsightedness.
Presbyopic-Correcting: Above lenses can only correct one area of your vision, presbyopic correcting can be used to correct two or more vision problems at once.

I have small skin tags kind on face how can it get removed will that be painful please assist
Skin tags noncancerous growths seen on the skin. Skin tags don’t require treatment, but If they hurt or bother you, then you may proceed to have them removed.
Minor surgeries such as the ones stated below, will be performed by the doctor to remove them:
Cryotherapy: Freezing them with liquid nitrogen before removal.
Surgical removal: Using scissors or a scalpel for the removal.
Electrosurgery: Burning them off with high-frequency electrical energy.
Ligation: Removing the skin tag by tying it with a surgical thread in order to cut its blood flow. Small skin tags don't require anesthesia. But your doctor may use local anesthesia if larger or multiple skin tags are being removed.

I have many problems on my face uneven glowless acne scars pores which remedy is best and cost of laser treatment
In laser treatment, light is concentrated on the upper layers of your skin so as to break down the tissue containing scars, which simultaneously also promotes the growth of newer skin cells which look healthy and eventually replace the older scarred tissue. Laser treatment alone can effectively reduce the appearance of acne. But to achieve more dramatic results such as acne free skin, it would have to be carried out in combination with some other treatment.
There are 3 types of laser techniques based on the type of scar which is being treated:
i.) Ablative laser resurfacing device: uses erbium YAG or CO2 laser to remove the upper layer of your skin where scarring is seen. It can take 3 to 10 days for the redness to begin to subsiding.
ii.) Non-ablative laser resurfacing: This treatment will use infrared laser, heat of which is crucial in stimulating collagen production and also enables growth of newer cells, so as to replace damaged & scarred tissue.
iii.) Fractionated laser treatment: The tissue underneath your scar is stimulated with the help of laser, so as to remove darkly pigmented cells. Boxcar and icepick scars can sometimes respond well to this treatment. Typically side effects seen are swelling, redness, and pain on the site of treatment. And hyperpigmentation and some skin infection are risks which you may run into if the doctor isn't cautious enough. Your medical history will be checked, and if you are considered fit for this treatment, then you will be advised to avoid certain supplements, smoking and skin care products containing certain ingredients, before treatment, so that the chances of any risk reduces.
The cost of laser acne for scar varies from Rs 7000 to Rs 20000.

I m 37 my left hand is paining form past 1 week the upper side of my chest is also paining I had consult doctor and had done E.C.G for two times but the report is normal but pain is still continue in the same manner doctor had given medicine and had told to use and see for a month.
It is possible that a more serious underlying condition causes the pain that you are experiencing. For this reason, it is important that you continue to follow up with your doctor to ensure that the pain is not caused by something more serious. Your doctor may recommend further testing, such as an MRI or CT scan, to better understand the cause of your pain. It is also important to watch for any other symptoms that may have developed since the pain began, such as shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chest pain, or palpitations. These symptoms may indicate a more serious problem.

Which skin treatment is best for sensitive skin?
Only a dermatologist will be able to help you, and for that they would have to examine you in person so that they know the severity of these concerns, and other underlying issues responsible for this state of your skin. There are skin types such a dry, combination and oily, and the degree of sensitivity helps in determining how strongly your skin can react to certain aggregators. A doctor will mostly start with medication, skin care products specific to your skin type, and lifestyle changes, and in some cases may go for suggesting some advanced treatment based on your medical history. To know more, we would advice you to get in touch with specialists who have an expertise on the said subject, through our page - Skin Treatment doctors in Mumbai, or that of any other city. Are Laser and Chemical peel treatments safe for the skin?
Chemical peel is a clinical treatment in which a chemical solution is applied to your skin to remove the top layers, and the skin which grows back turns out to be much smoother in comparison.
Depending on the depth of these peels, you will find that there 3 types available - light, medium, and deep. With a light or medium peel you may need to undergo this procedure multiple times so as to obtain desirable results. And deeper the peel, more dramatic the results will be, but accordingly same will ensue a longer recovery time as well.
Chemical peels are effective in treating wrinkles, discolored skin and scars — usually on the face. They can either be done alone, or in combination with other cosmetic procedures as well.
There are various side effects that can follow however, such as redness, scabbing and swelling on using medium to deep peel, scarring in rare cases which can be softened with steroids, changes in skin color such as hypopigmentation after light peel or hyperpigmentation after dark peel, bacterial/viral/fungal infection, and damage in organs such as heart, kidney or liver if a deeper peel is applied.
An experienced dermatologist would know whether your skin is suitable for this treatment, his expertise will enable him to make careful decisions regarding the choice of peel & appropriate number of sessions to be arranged, he will also conduct examination tests such as reviewing your medical history, knowing your expectations and doing physical examinations, and along with that he will prepare you for the treatment beforehand by suggesting you what kind of medicines/creams/bleaching agents to use, and what things to be avoid, such as exposure to sun, cosmetic treatments, and hair removal treatments.

How Tattoo removal is done at clinics?
We are aware of 4 clinical treatments to help with regards to aforesaid issue; laser removal, surgical removal, dermabrasion, and creams.
Local anesthesia is injected before proceeding with laser treatment which is spread over 6 to 8 sessions, sometimes more. The pigment colors of tattoos are broken using high intensity light ray.
In surgical removal or excision tattoo removal, your tattooed skin would be cut out and replaced with the bare skin tissues from other organs. It's both effective as well as affordable.
Dermabrasion involves removing layers of your skin to allow ink to ooze out. Efficacy varies, in some cases you are able to get rid of most of the tattoo, while not necessarily in others.
Creams can lighten the tattoo at the but their efficacy is strongly debated against.
You risk getting scarred in all treatments above except for applying creams, and therefore post these treatments you should avoid tight clothes, exposure to sun, and picking on scabs.
The cost varies from 1500-6000 INR per session. We have an updated list of Tattoo Removal doctors in Mumbai, you can refer it or same based on any other city, to get in touch with experts and gain additional information.
