I am 23 year old male, i have tinea versicolor from years. Till now I haven't taken any oral medical or any cream. How to cure it? Its from my childhood days. Location of tinea: only back( upper back left side) WHITE PATCHES Area: one palm size. It neither increases nor decreases. No other symptoms. Please guide
Tinea versicolor can be treated with antifungal creams. Please apply it to the affected area twice a day for 2 weeks. If you don't see any improvement, please try oral antifungal. Also, keep the area dry and clean and avoid wearing tight clothes as this can make the affected area sweaty. If the problem does not go away still, please consult a doctor for the same.

I am 26 year old female. I have fungal infection around my bikini line or vagina. I have use creams and take hygiene care but still no use. My skin becomes darker on that part.
It’s pretty normal for the skin surrounding your genital area, to be darker than the rest of your body. This darkening is called hyperpigmentation. Usually begins to appear post puberty. Hormone, friction and aging are the major culprits. However, if the change is sudden, or if you experience itchiness or scabby down there, then you must see a specialist. Doctor may give personalized healthcare & hygiene tip depending on your skin type, but can also prescribe advanced treatments such as chemical peels and laser therapies. Now I decided to do hair transplant..and how much it will be the cost and what are procedure of that. Could you pls give a suggestion to me.. That what I should do now.
Hair transplant will entail removal of hair follicles from donor's area and transplanting to balding spot. Donor area is that region on your head which has hair, while balding spot is the area which is in need of treatment, there are various techniques through which this can be done, and our blog will educate you on that. Discuss the following things with your doctor in depth:
- Your expectation and how much they can offer.
- If the durability of this treatment would be affected by your health/hormonal/genetic disorders.
- possible side effects and pre-treatment preparations.
Cost of Hair Transplant lies in the range of Rs. 25-45 per graft, and each graft will carry 1 to 3 hair follicles. The basic cost of a hair transplant starts from Rs 25,000 for 1000 hair grafts. Number of grafts would depend upon the assessment of your surgeon. If you want a city-wise break down of how much this treatment can vary depending on city, or like we mentioned earlier, to learn of other techniques, then you can read our blog on same which elaborates in depth - Cost of Hair Transplant in India. Itching all over body since 2Y
This kind of itching is known as generalized itching since it is prevalent all over the body, as opposed to being contained in certain regions of your body which would otherwise be known as localized itching. It could be as a result of dry skin, improper bathing technique, medications for other treatments, fungal infection, anything. For the doctor to know the exact cause, they would have to consult you in person and examine as well. Our list might reduce your work of finding credible doctors who can treat your condition - Dermatologists in India. Come to us anytime you need our assistance, we are always there for you!

I have some reports of my father. As per doctor suggested it is a liver cancer. So, I want to more suggestions on its. Like what is the reason behind it? Treatment?. Best hospital for this treatment?
- There are various types of liver cancer, out of which the most common is hepatocellular carcinoma, it begins from the liver cell (hepatocyte), and others are intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and hepatoblastoma, they are more rare.
- Cancer can either originate from liver, or it can start from another organ and then travel to liver which is also known as metastatic cancer.
- There's no clarity as to what causes it, but there is a link between chronic hepatitis infection and this cancer.
- People who have Cirrhosis, certain inherited liver diseases, diabetes, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, consumed poorly stored crops, or who excessively consume alcohol are more prone to getting liver cancer.
