My wife is 39 years old and having high BP ranging between 130-165. She recently got the few testings done along with ultrasound. Her creatinine came as 1.97. In ultrasound reports, her rights kidney was shrinken by 3 cm approx and left kidney by 1 cm approx. She has no symptoms of any pain. Please suggest as what should be the treatment to be followed.
Consult with a nephrologist or internal medicine specialist for your wife's personalized treatment. High bp may require lifestyle changes and medication. The elevated creatinine level and kidney changes seen in the ultrasound need careful evaluation to determine the underlying cause and manage it.

When i did oral sex to him, he came and then we sanitized it using sanitizer, but he licked the remaining cum then after we kissed and he did oral sex to my vagina, is there a chance of getting pregnant? if ever what should we do to stop and avoid pregnancy? And can sperm penetrate on clothes? And can sanitizer kill sperm?
There may be a chance in case sperm came in contact with the vagina directly.. Kindly consult a professional gynecologist for a urine test or blood test to confirm pregnancy.

I have been packing my sons pilonidal cyst wound for 11 days, twice a day. We have gotten to the point where the cyst opening is so small I can barely put gauze in there. Currently there is no drainage, redness, or smell is this normal? I understand that it needs to heal from the inside out, but is it normal to have it so difficult to pack?
Consult your doctor for specific advice on your son's pilonidal cyst wound. Reduced drainage, redness, and smell may indicate healing, still monitoring is required. Difficulty in packing as the wound shrinks is normal. If you have any concerns or or see signs of infection consult your doctor quickly. Follow their instructions for proper care.
