I am a vegetarian and also anemic i have brown spots all over my back chest and neck i saw somewhere it said it’s because of low vitamin D but I want to make sure its not anything more serious
While low vitamin D or anemia might contribute to skin issues, other causes like sun exposure and skin conditions should be considered. A dermatologist can perform a thorough evaluation to identify the exact cause of the brown spots and provide appropriate treatment. In the meantime, maintain a balanced diet and protect your skin from excessive sun exposure.
