Regular physical activities also assist with PCOS symptoms. On the other hand, for your hair, you should eat a balanced diet with adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, which is found in nuts and legumes, such as lentils, zinc in chicken and sardines, and iron in red meat and spinach. Remember, drinking enough water is also important.

Me 4 mahino se running practice kr rahi hu meri 2400 meters ki race hai 14 minute me lekin me 100 meters pr hi thak jaati hu mujhe bhot kamjori hai me aise medicines chahti hu jisse meri kamjori dur ho gaye . meri paachan shakti bhot weak hai itne dino se practice krne ke baad bhi koi result nhi nikal rha hai
