dear mrs/mr my mom has UTERINE cancer , stage 3 after MRI, she received results, among large text (good results, without metastases) I have noticed something , which I don't understand, and the doctor was not very helpful, so I hope you could help me. the text (quote): '... in the pelvis, there is no lymphadenomegaly along the iliac vascular structures, visible individual oval LN tr with a diameter of up to 10 mm. Three years back I was diagnosed with Colon cancer and treated for that. I was cancer-free after the treatment. But recently, I had to do a CT scan for a non-cancer purpose and then the doctor said there is a spot. So he asked me to have some other tests. Then one tumor was discovered during the PET scan, it's a new one. It's a particularly aggressive malignancy, and I'm losing a significant portion of my liver. My father had to go through prostate gland surgery two times. First time in 2016 in Siliguri and 2nd one is from Amri Hospital, Mukundapur, Kolkata in 2021. Both the biopsy reports came negative. But the doctor said it might happen again. My question is if we had to operate another time, would it be cancerous?

Am 49 years old. I got affected with Melanoma skin cancer 2 years back and doctors performed surgery to remove the tumor and for 2 years cancer did not come back, again last month I got a mole appeared in the same position and in biopsy it turned out to be melanoma again.
