If the cracking of nipple is not responding to ointment what needs to be ruled out is a Paget's disease of the nipple. This requires a clinical examination by a breast surgeon and he or she can guide you further on the same.

Hello, my aunt was diagnosed with a brain tumor after a bad fall on December 31st. We were advised that surgery would be impossible due to her age and other considerations and she would be unable to undergo chemo, therefore she will be treated solely with steroids. We are not sure about this hence would like to go for a second opinion. She has diabetes also. We are from Kolkata.
Please consult medical oncologist so that he can prescribe you proper line of treatment.

I am 49 years old. It has been a month now I have noticed that I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation during urinating. I consulted with my gynec and she prescribed vaginal suppositories. Initially I got relief but then again it started. I feel the need to go to the washroom more frequently than usual. I am not diabetic. After all this, I didn't take it seriously. But for the last 2-3 days I had difficulties in holding it. Now I feel this is very serious because I am not old enough for this problem. I searched on the internet and found it could be a reason for bladder cancer. Is that so? Please refer to a good female doctor. I am perplexed about all these and it's making my life miserable.
Hi , don’t worry abt cancer and all.I feel it’s a urinary tract infection, get a urine routine microscopy test followed by urine culture and sensitivity. If urine routine report shows pus cells and bacteria then our diagnosis is confirmed. Visit a gynecologist with your reports.

Hi, my father was diagnosed with carcinoma right colon, features are suggestive of well-differentiated mucinous papillary adenocarcinoma of the colon with metastasis to the lymph node and treated with extended radical right hemicolectomy side to side ileocolic anastomosis done under GA one year back followed by chemotherapy. We need a second opinion as his blood report reveals a presence of 17.9 ng/mL of carcinoembryonic antigen. Can you please suggest me a good hospital in Bangalore with less cost? The previous doctor suggested a PET CT scan.
As per my understanding, your father is suffering from carcinoma of the right colon with metastasis to lymph node and treated surgically and chemotherapy. Once any cancer which has spread to the lymph nodes it means it is stage 3 where the prognosis is not so good. But still consult an oncologist. Hope our answer helps you. The second stage of stomach cancer is very much treatable. Common signs can be constant stomach pain, not intended weight loss, and indigestion. Among the triggers are smoking, eating processed foods, and family history. Options for therapy can consist of both a surgical procedure, chemotherapy, and, indeed, radiation. Fully implement the oncologist's advice, to increase the possibility of the final recovery.
