I am 33 year old female suffering from PCOD, I weight about 84kgs, have done thyroid test and it's normal. In hormonal test I have male hormone in excess. I want to go for stomach liposuction.. What's the possibility of me doing it and hiw much is tentative cost

PCOS should not cause any complication as far as liposuction is concerned, but know that it is not a weight loss surgery or procedure, it can be helpful only if you have localized deposits of fats stored within certain parts of your body and which refuses to burn out no matter how much weight you lose or how fit your body is overall.

Additionally, you should look out for health conditions such as suppressed immune system, heart disease, diabetes, and problems with blood flow, as they make you ineligible.

Also, don't go for this surgery if your weight isn't 30% within your ideal weight, if you don't have a firm or elastic skin, or if you smoke.
Liposuction surgery cost can go up to Rs. 1,54,000 or more.

If you are looking to lose weight, then contact these experts - Obesity Specialists in Delhi. But if you feel that you can proceed with this surgery going by eligibility criteria which was mentioned, then approach relevant experts - Liposuction doctors in Delhi. Let us know if you reside in a different city, and come to us if you have any other doubt which is still not addressed!

The options are quite limited, they will be:

  1. Some over the counter or prescription medicated drug.

Mere skin me black head agaya, pigmentation, dull ness ,iske liye ka treatment kare

For blackheads and pigmentation treatment (specifically dull skin), following methods can prove to be effective:

  1. Over-the-counter treatments: buy medicated creams/gels which contain the following as their ingredients - salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and resorcinol. They eliminate bacteria, remove excess oil, and clear your skin off of dead skin cells. These acids can make your skin sensitive to sun however, so include sunscreen in your daily skin care regime!
  2. Prescription medicines: which will either contain stronger version of above mentioned acids, or will include more as well!
  3. Comedone extraction: wherein the doctor will use some device to extract the pug causing blackhead.
  4. Advanced clinical therapies: such as laser, microdermabrasion and chemical peel.

These treatments can be performed by a clinical doctor of relevant field only, which in this case would be a dermatologist, you can use our page to find them - Dermatologists in India.

Your reason for whole body itching, followed by or during bath, could be eczema, extreme dryness, or even as a result of your skin's sensitivity towards soap. It could also be because of a neurotypical condition such as aquagenic pruritus, wherein skin contact with water activates your nervous system. It can be some fungal infection or bacterial invasion at play too, or even body lice infestation.

Been having a lot of hair fall

In that case it's better to see a dermatologist, they will start with topical medications and lifestyle hacks and may movie on to hair transplant surgery or PRP hair treatment if nothing works. Over the counter drugs and home remedies may not be as helpful. However, Minoxidil, an over the counter medicated shampoo, could help. Our following page can help you find a better doctor - Dermatologists in India.
