Hi please tell me im using nelstrate.injection for preventing But for the past few weeks I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms I had unprotected sex on 16 November 2025 how far along I am if im pregnant N I took 4 pregnancy test thay are all negative My.abdominal is painful my stomach is bloated I eat a lot

I have had my last colonoscopy in September 2023, and it was clear from any lesion, inflammatory bowel disease symptoms or any other clinically significant finding.
