Which pill is best for adult acne treatment?

Hello I have been dealing with pimples for three years. I took Doxy two times in between and it didn't help. I didn't have pimples at all when I was a teenager, and I got them from the age of 30 onwards. My tests are normal, but there is a possibility of Pco, I have regular periods and I have no other symptoms except pimples My dermatologist finally prescribed accutane, but when I visited a gynecologist, they gave me spironolactone (because of my acne). Given that I'm single and I'm tired of pimples, which pill can you recommend me that will have less harm, give results and not be reversible?
