Hello, my brother has diabetes, which has damaged both kidneys. The doctors have recommended dialysis as an immediate measure while waiting for a kidney transplant. In our country, the law stipulates that you can only donate a kidney to a family member, and none of the family members have his type of kidney. My question is, can the hospital offer or donate the kidney to the hospital/clinic, and if so, how much would it cost?

Kidney transplantation is a standard medical procedure. Hospitals and clinics in India do offer kidney transplant services, but it's crucial to consult directly with these facilities for the most up-to-date information on the availability, cost, and eligibility for kidney transplantation. Costs can vary widely depending on the hospital, the type of transplant, and other factors.
