  1. In hair transplant surgery, your hair follicles are taken from those regions on your head where good hair growth is observed, also known as "donors" region, and then transplant to that area where balding is seen, also known as "balding spot". there are various techniques deployed to perform this task.
  2. Number of grafts is decided based up on your level of baldness, and is determined by the dermatologist themselves, but per graft the cost ranges from rs. 20 to rs. 50, which each containing 1 to 3 hair follicles.
Therefore overall hair transplant price can also range from Rs. 12,500 to Rs. 1,57,000 (depending on numerous factors).
Our blog will elaborate more on city wise break down, number of grafts for each grade of baldness, and techniques used - Cost of Hair Transplant in India.
  3. Mostly 1 and at times 2 days of session is enough to get this surgery complete. But it will take a week to recover from injuries and for around 2-3 weeks you will observe immense shedding, but then for next 8 to 12 months you will also witness new hair growth.

Female | 33

It sounds like you may have eczema, a common skin condition that can cause itching, redness, and irritation. To determine if this is the case, you should see a dermatologist. The dermatologist can recommend an appropriate treatment plan that may include topical medications, light therapy, or oral medications. Additionally, lifestyle changes can help to manage symptoms including avoiding potential triggers, wearing loose fitting clothing, and using a humidifier in your home.

My skin is very dull and roughness my skin is no glow and shine and very dry skin

Female | 29

Seems like your skin is not shining with the desired brightness and is rather dull, rough, and dry. When skin reflects this quality, it could be a sign that it is not receiving enough water give and nutrients. The skin can become dry due to things like hot showers, harsh soaps, and not drinking enough water. Using gentle cleansers, drinking water, and applying moisturizer can help to the skin regain its glow and softness.

Treatment for razor bumps in bikini area, have used ketoconazole cream for it but still no result would love the assistance of a dermatologist here to help out with the treatment

Female | 21

Razor bumps in the bikini area are a common cause for concern. Injuries to follicles that occur through shaving are usually behind these bumps. They are typically red, itchy, and with small bumps. When ketoconazole cream does not help, another alternative is the use of a mild hydrocortisone cream that can help to control inflammation. Put on some lotion to the part all the time so it stays moisturized.

Male | 21

You've been dealing with ringworm for a long time. Ringworm is a common fungus infection that can appear in different parts of your skin and cause red, itchy, circular rashes. Furthermore, while the drug takes away the discomfort, returning too soon may lead to a relapse. Regularly washing your clothes and bedding will also help limit the infection.

Is there a chance to be caught by Hiv if someone's diabetes needle pricked my hand

Female | 19

The likelihood of HIV infection is negligible if a diabetic needle pricks your hand. HIV is transferred via blood, however, the needle prick is not a high-risk exposure. If you are concerned, watch out for symptoms such as flu, fever, or rash. If you see them, go to a doctor.

I have recurrent canker sores for the past 6 months, taken antibiotics and oral care but it keep coming. Please what could be the cause

Male | 34

The pesky thing is recurrent canker sores. They are small, shallow sores in your mouth. A stressor, weakness of the immune system, and certain foods can provoke them. Genetic predisposition may also be a reason why some folks are more prone to having them. To reduce pain, use over-the-counter ointments or gels that are intended for canker sores. Also, try to sail through stress and eat a healthy diet.
