I am 21 year old male, I’ve open pores and tan all over my body, so tell me the best treatment for this and also tell me which areas can you remove tan from and how much result would I get?

Answered by Samruddhi Bhartiya

Tanning happens as a result of increase in pigment production within our skin, due to exposure to sun. There are 4 tan removal treatments which are as follows:
Laser toning: laser device is made use of, for the purpose of breaking down pigment and reducing tan, sun spots, etc.
Chemical Peel: which aids in regeneration of newer & healthier skin cells, by removing tanned skin layers.
Microdermabrasion: In this, the outer most layer of your skin is sanded away and rejuvenated, using a compact hand held device.
Creams/face pack/face wash: Results last for comparatively lesser amount of time, and tanning can affect even deeper layers of your skin while these would work on only the surface level of your skin.
Treatments other than creams & products of regular use, will cost between Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 10,000, depending on expertise of doctor and location of clinic, and areas like face, neck, hands, feet and full arms can be treated. Above treatments will work for open pores as well, and even oral medicines can be administered for same.

Salic cu glyco peeling is gud for skin?

Female | 30

Salicylic acid and glycolic acid peels can be beneficial for skin.. Both ingredients exfoliate, unclog pores, and improve skin texture .. SALICYLIC ACID is oil soluble, making it an effective treatment for acne-prone skin.... GLYCOLIC ACID is water soluble, making it a good choice for dry skin. However, these peels should only be done by a qualified professional, as they can cause skin damage if not done properly . It's important to discuss any concerns with a DERMATOLOGIST before undergoing the treatment.

I got hurt from a plastic chair and a small piece of my skin came off near my foot..It started bleeding but i didn't notice ..when i saw the wound the blood was already dried up so i cleaned it with water and didn't apply anything on it.. It's been 5 days since the injury and the wound is not healing..i applied some antiseptic cream on it later..it just hurts around that area and some kind of transparent liquid comes out occasionally.. what to do

Male | 19

The transparent liquid you see coming out is likely pus, a sign of infection. Try cleaning the wound daily with mild soap and warm water, then apply an antibiotic ointment. Keep it covered with a bandage to protect it. If it doesn't improve in a couple of days or if you notice increasing redness, swelling, or warmth around the wound, it's best to seek medical help.

According to what you mentioned, you may have developed cheek pain without any redness or feeling cold. This can a condition known as trigeminal neuralgia which causes sudden and severe facial pains. Make sure you rest, use warm moist clothes on your face then take over-the-counter painkillers. However, if it does not improve or gets worse then you need to see a doctor for further advice.
