I am 21 years old male , i am having pea sized acne in groin region which is painful and sometimes itchy later get filled with pus and busts out intially it was single but now it had become 2,3 i am suffering this from last 4,5 month and the acne comes repetatively in same location

It is not acne.Its bacterial infection. You need to apply Antibiotic ointment to it. To prevent frequent infections, you should go for laser hair removal. it will keep the area clean and hygienic.
