I have a birthmark on my shoulder .it's blue in colour. If I am not mistaking it's a mangolian spot. Is it possible to remove it.would like to know about duration and cost if that is possible

In our knowledge, following treatments should be provided by the doctor, but the list isn't exhaustive:
- Medication
- Laser therapy
- Surgical shaving
