I have warts on neck and face, do you have any solution for that?

Answered by Samruddhi Bhartiya

For wart removal, a specialist can prescribe any of the following treatments as is mentioned below:
Cantharidin: Wart is painted with cantharidin, which causes a blister to form under the wart. In a week's time or may be more, your dead wart will be clipped away.
Cryotherapy: Warts are frozen in this treatment before being removed. This treatment is not very painful. It can cause dark spots in people who have dark skin however. And you may need repeat treatments for this clinical procedure.
Electrosurgery and curettage: electrosurgery involves burning of common warts, filiform warts, and foot warts. Curettage involves scraping off wart with a sharp knife or small, spoon-shaped tool, which takes place after electrosurgery is done.
Excision: This consists of cutting out the wart.
Laser treatment: The wart is numbed with an anesthetic injection (shot) before being subjected to an intense beam of light.
Chemical peels: Used on flat warts, which means that you will apply a peeling medicine at home every day. This peeling medicine will contain salicylic acid which is stronger than the one you can find at the store, tretinoin, and glycolic acid.
Bleomycin: The wart is injected with an anti-cancer medicine, bleomycin.
Immunotherapy: This treatment uses immune system of the patients, to fight off their warts. This treatment is used only when the other treatments don't work. Certain chemical solution is applied to the region surrounding your warts, which causes allergic reactions, thus leading your immune system to fights them off. In other cases your body's immune system is given more boost than in general, to fight off the virus.

Hello this is Kalyan age 21 male, I've been fighting with acne for a period of 3years and even more. Tried different medications , remedies didn't worked, finally consulted a dermatologist, he recommended using Zitblow 10mg, it worked for an extent after being used for 1 years but the problem is there were still black heads on my cheeks which are stubborn and difficult to remove. I'm hoping to get some solution to the problem. Currently I'm not using any of the medications except for the cream called Acne star.

Male | 21

One of the leading causes of acne is that hair follicles get clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne results in blackheads which are the most ideal from the opening of the hair follicle. However, you can be sure that Zitblow 10mg is a really good option. The other options may contain a very gentle exfoliator to clear out the blackheads, but you need to be careful not to damage your skin. In addition, adhering to a really good skincare routine, exfoliating your face, and keeping it clean also can be beneficial to minimize the prospect of blackheads at an early stage.

I am 23 yrs old girl who is suffering from pcos , obesity . I have hair on my body as well as facial hairs . My weight is increasing. Please tell me how to control this facial hair growth without medicine This is my question I request you to please revert me the answer.

Female | 23

It sounds like you might be suffering from PCOS which is caused by hormonal disturbances. Excess body hair and obesity are the most typical signs. Unwanted hair on the chin and the upper lips may be a result of high levels of male hormones in your body. To manage hair growth without medication you could try gentle methods such as shaving, waxing, or threading. These will grant you temporary relief as the hair is removed.

Hey doctor im sami and I'm feeling discomfort to touch my penis gland corona there is a sharp pain no any visble rashes and redness and i have fungal infection on jock and stomach near by private area

Male | 27

The feeling of unease, and the excruciating pain in the glans of your penis, however, might be attributed to this too. Moreover, fungi drive them to the irritation and pain path. Beware of the cleanliness of the area and drying, wear only airy clothes, and use the antifungal creams prescribed by doctor as these ways are also extremely effective. It is essential to cure it to be healthy and happy again!

I am terrified of taking medication because I fear Steven Johnson syndrome

Female | 27

You are afraid of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome from drugs. It is a rare but serious skin reaction. Symptoms can be flu-like symptoms, a rash, and blisters on the skin. Medicines or infections can cause it. Before starting any new medicine, speak with your doctor if this is something that concerns you. They will be able to help you choose what might work best for you and watch out for signs of trouble.

I’m facing a lot of hairfall my scalp gets oily after 12 hours also I’m having a lot of dandruff which is not dry like it’s oily without applying any oil my hair from outside looks damaged and dry

Female | 23

Lots of oil from your scalp could cause hair fall. Your scalp may quickly become oily after a few hours. You might have oily dandruff flakes. Your hair may seem dry and damaged. Together, these signs point towards seborrheic dermatitis. This skin issue makes your scalp produce too much oil. The extra oil leads to dandruff and hair troubles. A medicated shampoo for oily dandruff can improve your scalp health and can reduce your hair fall.
