I'm 36 years old male. feeling tighting and freezing at back side of head discomfort at right ear side . and feeling complete energy less. i am unable to walk enough distance.facing this probelm from last 20 days. My recent blood reports shows that vitamin D3 is very less (11). could you please suggest

If you are having freezing and tightness in the back of head then it could be a neurological condition that must be evaluated by a neurologist. And for low vitamin D3 you need to consult a physician or an endocrinologist.
