As per my understanding you are having left arm pain post CABG, also your body becomes stiff. Whenever a patient is having Left arm pain espically with history of CAD, the first thing is to rule out cardiac pathology. Immediately visit a cardiologist. He will carefully evaluate the current condition of the patient. Differentiate between cardiac causes and non cardiac cause of left arm pain. Non cardiac causes can be treated medically; in case of cardiac causes a detailed evaluation is needed. Some diagnostic test may also be done to know the exact cause and decide on the treatment. I was diagnosed with hypertension at age 13. I started taking Lisinopril 5mg daily with great results. Two weeks ago i noticed my resting bloodpressure is perfect (104/67-120/80) but as soon as i stand it rises to 121/80s-139/90s and distolic goes even higher the longer i stand and increased palpatations sometimes with discomfort.
