What could cause blood in stool and bloating?

My friend is 19 year old male, he have been having blood in stool, bloating, cramps, body weakness, dizzy feeling, consistently for around a month. He says sometimes he also has headaches, burning sensation in eyes. Symptoms are increasing with time. He also had stomach ulcer, around 7 years back what can be the possible diagnosis?

Your friend seems to have gastrointestinal bleeding, likely from his prior stomach ulcer. This can lead to bloody stool, bloating, cramps, weakness, and dizziness. The headaches and burning eyes may stem from blood loss. He must consult a gastroenterologist for proper treatment, as unaddressed bleeding can pose severe risks.
