I am 27 year old I have headache in right last 1 year

Female | 27

Persistent headaches can stem from various sources, including tension, migraines, or even vision issues. It's essential to consider accompanying symptoms, such as nausea or light sensitivity, to better understand your situation. Maintaining hydration, practicing relaxation techniques, and ensuring regular sleep can be beneficial. However, since you've been experiencing this discomfort for an extended period, I strongly encourage you to consult a healthcare professional. They can provide a thorough evaluation and discuss tailored treatment options.

Male | 73

A stroke is a serious disorder occurring when the brain's blood supply is insufficient because of either a blockage or a rupture. There are several symptoms, some of the most known and widespread of which are muscle weakness on one side of the body, difficulty with speech, and appearing to be very confused. Rapid medical intervention is mandatory to prevent further progressive destruction. Doctors should administer medications or therapies to enhance the patient's healing process.

Female | 47

A stroke can lead to various symptoms, including weakness, confusion, or difficulty speaking. It happens due to disrupted blood flow to the brain, often from a clot or bleeding. The CT scan is vital for determining the type and extent of the stroke and guiding treatment. I strongly encourage you to share the results with her healthcare provider, as they can offer personalized insights and potential recovery plans tailored to her specific needs. Remember, professional medical support is crucial during this time. Be assured that there are effective approaches to assist her recovery journey.

My grandfather age is 69 and he has second stroke in last 2 month and he unable to move and speak but in progress and today his bp is high what is the reason for high bp please doctor give me your suggestion

Male | 69

It is common for people who have had strokes to experience high blood pressure, especially after a stroke. The stroke might have altered the brain areas that regulate blood pressure. As a result, the body may struggle to control it. Hypertension can also exacerbate the severity of strokes. Thus, advise him to eat foods that are low in salt content, take the medications he has been given strictly, and get enough sleep to regulate the levels of this condition.

Sir ke dird me prime mankind tablate Leni chahiye kya?

Male | 36

Agar aapko sir ke dard ka mahasoos ho raha hai, toh pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ke iski wajah alag alag ho sakti hai, jaise stress, thakan, ya kisi medical issue. Agreed symptoms jaise ke chakkar ya nausea ka bhi dhyan rakhein. Aam taur par, over-the-counter pain relief, achhi neend, aur samanya relaxation techniques madadgar sabit ho sakti hain. Lekin agar dard barh raha hai ya aapko koi aur nishan nazar aa rahe hain, toh behtar yeh hoga ke aap kisi doctor se salah lein. Aapki sehat sabse zyada zaroori hai.
