I m 40 yrs old now n looking for skin tightening or anti-aging treatment what can be done for my sagging and dull skin? I also want to know the treatment cost? And also for hair fall treatment is PRP good? what will be its cost?
Dear ma'am, regarding anti-aging treatments, I strongly believe that you must read our blog, as it covers different clinical procedures and numerous options which fall within them - Top Anti-Aging Treatment for skin. Whereas the cost of PRP treatment can be anywhere between Rs 4500 to Rs 20,000 per session depending on various attributes, such as location & infrastructure of clinic, value added services, experience of doctor and severity of concern. PRP can be effective, but a proper conclusion can be arrived at, only post examination. Our list of Dermatologists in India, will make your search comparatively quicker and put you in touch with experts who will be better qualified to answer all your questions!

I am a 46 year old female..from few months I had observed puffiness around my eyes.. especially around lower eye lid..but now from few months it's seen on the upper eyes lid of my right eyes. Could it be just age related or some other reason.
It is likely that the puffiness around your eyes can be age related. But certain medial conditions can also cause puffiness such as thyroid problem, allergies etc. Please consult a doctor if the puffiness worsens or does not go away.

Can males get blisters or small cuts on the tip of the foreskin of their penis from being in air conditioning at work everyday?
Sir cut on your penis could also be caused as a result of friction, say if you are doing physical or sexual activities, or if you wear uncomfortable clothes and tight garments, if you have some fungal function, or if you got infected by some STD. They should heal on their own, but if the cut is open wide or if you observe bleeding, if you feel pain or find swelling in your testicles, then in such cases, approaching a specialist would be better. You can refer our page - Urologists in India, to get in touch with the experts.

Skin sagging on neck, how to tighten it?
Creams containing N-acetyl glucosamine as their ingredient, can deliver effective results on regular application on neck. They make your skin firm and smoothing while reducing the effects of hyperpigmentation. Next available option is botox where injections are used to make your skin firm, and further, 4 minimally invasive surgical options too, such as Hyo neck lift, MST operation, skin tightening laser, and z-plasty. These treatments will be advised based on whether you are medically fit to undergo such procedures or not, and other health or skin issues, you will be prepared before treatment as well. You can consult Dermatologic Surgery Small doctors in Mumbai, or those in any other city if you desire.

Hair loss regrowth treatment
We have tried to brief on clinical treatments for hair loss below:
Medication: if it's some hormonal disorder or genetic predisposition.
One treatment which doesn't require prescription, and what we can suggest is - Minoxidil: which comes in liquid, foam and shampoo forms, same is to be applied on the scalp skin once everyday for women and twice regularly for men. It might take a few months for you to be able to tell whether the treatment is working or not, and if it does then you can continue using the medicine to retain benefits. Possible side effects however include scalp irritation and unwanted hair growth on the adjacent skin of the face as well as hands.
Hair transplant surgery: While undergoing this procedure, a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon removes hair from that part of your head which has hair and transplants it to a balding region. Each patch of hair has one, few, or several hair strands. Sometimes a larger strip of skin containing multiple hair groupings is taken. You won't be hospitalized for this, but it is painful so you'll be given a sedation medicine. Possible risks you may run into bleeding, bruising, swelling and infection. You may need more than one surgery to get the desired effect. But if you hair loss was hereditary, then it will eventually progress despite this surgery.
Laser therapy: Not researched extensively but some studies have claimed that it can be beneficial.
Lifestyle fixes: such as shampoo/conditioner/oil with those ingredients which are specific to your hair and skin type, or diet changes and exercise schedule will be planned, or may be some effective hair spray.
You can start with minoxidil for now, but if it doesn't work then please approach a specialist, for your convenience, we are also linking our page which might help you out - Hair Loss Treatment doctors in Mumbai, do tell us if you require list based on a different region, and also, you can approach us anytime you have doubts!

Chin hair remove permanent
The laser hair removal procedure (costing rs. 1,500 to rs. 55,000 per session) can slow hair growth, but for permanent hair removal, electrolysis is the only known method, and same is also recognized by the FDA. Electrolysis hair removal treatment in India can cost you anywhere between Rs 800 to Rs 5,000 per hour and is safe to use on facial region. Cost of both treatments can vary however, depending on factors such as doctor's choice of equipment, location, number of sessions, and area covered. Electrolysis would additionally depend on the density of your hair too. For more information you can refer to our list of Dermatologists in India and connect with the right experts, you can also approach us whenever you have any doubts. The temporary side effects of both procedures include pain, redness and swellings. But if not done carefully, then they can also lead to scarring, keloid scars and changes in skin color as well.

I have a small mole on my face, between my chin and my lips. I want to get it removed. What is the process for it, is it harmful, and will the process of removal be a permanent solution? What is the cost for the process?
The dedicated specialist will perform either of the 2 surgeries which we have mentioned below:
Surgical excision: Entire mole will be cut out and the skin would be then stitched closed if necessary.
Surgical shave: Through a surgical blade your mole will be shaved off.
Post surgery your mole will be examined by the doctor to detect presence of cancer cells, and your dermatologist will update you if they are.
They should cost you between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000, depending on clinic location, doctor expertise, and size or depth of mole.
Anesthesia will be injected, but as after effects are concerned, you will experience discomfort or irritation.
You can get in touch with the experts, through our page, if you intend to know more, our trusted experts will guide you through the process in a detailed manner - Dermatologists in India.
Also, mole shouldn't grow back but if they do then show yourself to the doctor.

I get a little bloated feeling after lunch. My normal diet is rice, Dahi, vegetables, and sometimes chicken mince, one wheat chapatti. I am prone to constipation. Sometimes I feel I have to evacuate, but I only pass wind. I do however pass stools minimum once daily. They are normal in colour.
Considering the above symptoms it might be GERD with IBS, consider visiting a nearby Gastroenterologist to evaluate, if not will get better with diet and lifestyle modifications.
