I'm 30 years Male & suffer from Liver disease (Fatty Liver G-1) I have lose my wait 6 kg from 66( height 5'.5") How can i recover from this disease?

• Fatty liver disease is a condition caused by fat buildup in the liver (i.e., when fat percentage exceeds 5 - 10% of your liver's weight), which can be caused by alcohol intake and/or a high fat diet. Individuals who are obese/overweight, have poor glycemic control/insulin resistance, have metabolic syndrome, and are taking specific drugs such as amiodarone, diltiazem, tamoxifen, or steroids are at risk of developing fatty liver.

• In some situations, it is thought to be symptomless, but in others, it can cause substantial liver damage. The good news is that it is frequently avoidable or reversible with lifestyle modifications.

• It progresses through 3 stages which include Steatohepatitis (swelling and damage of liver tissue), Fibrosis (scar tissue formation where your liver is damaged) and Cirrhosis (extensive scar tissue replacement with healthy tissue). Cirrhosis can lead to liver failure or cancer.

• Laboratory investigations consists of Liver functions tests such as AST, ALT, ALP and GGT; Total Albumin and Bilirubin, CBC, Test for viral infection, Fasting Blood Glucose, HbA1c and Lipid profile.

• Imaging procedures such as Ultrasound, CT /MRI, Elastography (for measuring stiffness of liver) and Magnetic resonance elastography and Biopsy (for ruling out any cancerous growth and for signs or any inflammation and scarring).

• If a patient has a fatty liver, he or she should be checked for the entire metabolic syndrome, which includes diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and thyroid issues.

• The best way to treat fatty liver is with making some lifestyle changes which can significantly improve your health which includes – Avoiding alcohol and High fat diet, Losing weight, taking medications for controlling glucose and fat(Triglyceride and Cholesterol) levels and Vitamin E with Thiazolidinediones in specific instances.

• Currently, no drug treatment is approved for management of fatty liver disease.

In order to prevent further progression of disease one can:

 Maintain a healthy weight by consuming food less/minimal in in its fat percentage.

 Follow a Mediterranean diet which is high in vegetables, fruits and good fats.

 Exercise regularly for 45 minutes where in you can include combination of cycling with walking, cardio, CrossFit and yoga with meditation.

 Restrict alcohol consumption

 Consult a hepatologist near you for further evaluation and treatment and your dietician for advice on fat loss.

I am 18 years old female and I have pimples, acne on my face since 4-5 months ...

All acne is caused by clogged pores, but non-inflammatory acne doesnt has bacteria in it and is not situated deeper within the pores either. When oil, bacteria, and other foreign substances get caught deeper within your pores, your body’s natural defense is to produce pus. In short, pus filled acne indicates the presence of bacteria.
For inflammatory acne treatment, you have the following options:

  1. Over-the-counter drugs: use skincare products that have Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
  2. Appropriate skincare regime: Wash your face in the morning and night, wear oil-free moisturizer once you are done washing your face, and wear sunscreen as the final step of your skincare routine. And please don't scratch or pop them.
  3. If you don't find changes even after several months of following these steps, then reach out to an expert: they will have topical retinoids, isotretinoin, oral antibiotics, topical antibiotics, and hormonal medications, or even advanced clinical treatments.

Please do not use any home remedial solution: because what we have observed so far is, that people apply seemingly healthy ingredients to their skin, without knowing how to extract the right chemicals from them, or what their chemical composition actually is, or how same could react with their skin post-application.
Just because your skin feels cool/smooth after applying them, doesn't mean that they worked.

Hello, these medication will only provide you with temporary solution.... your problem of erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation are most commonly occurring in all ages of men, fortunately these both have high recovery rates through ayurvedic medications.

I am explaining briefly about erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation so that it takes fear out of you.

In erectile dysfunction, men are not able to get or keep an erection that is sufficient to have penetrative sex. In premature ejaculation men come out Very fast, men gets discharged either before penetration or immediately after penetration, they hardly get some strokes, so the female partner remains unsatisfied.

This may be due to so many factors like High cholesterol, High blood pressure,
Diabetes, excessive masturbation, excessive porn watching, nerves weakness,
Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders, Low testosterone, tension, stress etc.

These problems of erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation are very much treatable.
I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines.

Take Aswagandhadi churan half teaspoon in the morning & in the night.

Take Capsule SHILAJIT one in the morning and one in the night,

Take tablet manmath Ras one in the morning and one in the night.

Take tablet Pushp dhanva Ras one in the morning and one in the night. And take tablet Sidh makardhwaj Vati with gold, one in the morning and one in the night after food.

All the above preferably with hot milk or with water

Also apply and message Shri Gopal tail on your penis three times a week for 2 to 4 minutes.

Avoid junk food, oily and spicier food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety.

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 30 min a day. Start doing yoga, pranayama, meditation, Vajroli mudra. Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 30 min a day.

Start taking hot milk twice a day.

2-3 dates in the morning and in the night with milk.

Do all the above suggested treatment for 3 months and see the results.

If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or a good sexologist

You should get the following tests done, so as to find the source of itching: allergy testing, blood tests, imaging tests, and skin biopsy. That will allow your physician to have a better understanding regarding which specialist to approach. Because this symptom can result from various conditions! We would advise that you get tested after the 2nd week, 4th week, 3rd month, and 6th month -- if at any point you are tested positive then you might have something. We say this because we are aware that HIV tests can be uncertain.

Also, if you recently had this kind of sex then you may want to get PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) to prevent HIV infection. This should be done as soon as possible, and ideally within 72 hours of exposure, but you can still try, just call into emergency service providers or the nearest clinic.

You may want to show yourself to a gynecologist - Gynecologists in Mumbai, and for better recommendations, let us know if your city is different.

According to the symptoms and signs described, it appears to be a case of atopic dermatitis which is common among children of the mentioned age. It is a condition where the skin barrier is disturbed and is extremely sensitive to external environmental triggers like cold and dry weather, dust etc. It presents as red dry itchy patches on cheeks, hands and legs sometimes whole body. The above mentioned creams contain  topical corticosteroids which are to be used with a great caution under the supervision of Dermatologist. Good barrier repairing creams including emollients with squalene, ceramides etc can help reviving the skin barrier. Steroid sparing drugs can be prescribed  to manage the rash. Please consult a qualified Dermatologist and do not use topical corticosteroids without doctor’s advice as it may cause many adverse effects.

Dengue associated rash is quite common and can be a sign of acute stage or resolution stage. Rash may occur within initial two to three days or may occur during the resolution of fever. This may be associated with itch, dryness and peeling of skin The However platelet count has to be monitored during the onset of rash. Supportive treatment like anti histamines and soothing lotions and moisturizing lotions can help treat the rash. Please consult a Dermatologist for appropriate treatment.

Premature babies tend to have some delay in growth and development but will catch up later . Child needs detailed development assessment . There are specific parent questionnaire on development which parent can observe and answer . Child also needs formal hearing and speech assessment.
Extended or long screen times like cell phones / TV are best avoided .. as they have an impact on child s development.
