Female | 33

Throat with ear pain persistent despite antibiotics can mean a few things. Non responsiveness to antibiotics could mean resistance, you could have a different issue than an infection that's causing pain. Please visit your local ENT for detailed evaluation and diagnosis.

Experiencing persistent hissing in one ear and a feeling of fullness along with discomfort and headaches can be distressing. These symptoms may arise from various factors such as earwax buildup, fluid in the ear, or tension-related issues. It's important to ensure that a thorough evaluation has been conducted, including hearing tests and possible imaging, to pinpoint the cause. You may benefit from a review of your current medications and treatment plan by your healthcare provider. They can help tailor a solution that addresses your specific needs. Don't hesitate to seek further professional advice if symptoms persist; maintaining open communication with your doctor is key.

Why do u loose your voice for no reason

Female | 52

When you lose your voice without any clear reason, it's called laryngitis. Your vocal cords swell up, making you hoarse or quiet. This happens due to loud talking, singing, or catching a cold. To recover quickly, avoid talking much, sip warm drinks often, and inhale steam. Within a week, your voice should return to normal.

HI MY ON NOSE DEVIATED AND RESULTS HEAVY SNORING

Male | 35

This often hampers the airway passage because loud breathing comes out only during sleep. Main causes are anatomical differentiations, allergies, or chronic congestion. Use saline nasal sprays or allergy medications, and notice the changes in your condition. If the problem persists, you should be advised to have a check-up with a healthcare professional for a comprehensive assessment and talk about options such as nasal surgeries or other treatments.

Hello doctor, so in 2022 I was diagnosed with typhoid in March. It was a 15-day treatment course. I made a full recovery in 1 month. Then, in July, I found 2 lymph nodes in my neck (level Il & IV), each less than 1cm. They were movable. The FNAC result was left cervical small swelling, reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. The lower one shrank a bit with meds, but today I noticed both nodes are still there and movable, just like 2 years ago. Do l need to get it checked again or is it normal?

Female | 24

Lymph nodes are small defenders in your body that help fight infections. Sometimes, they stay a little swollen even after the infection is gone. In your case, the nodes are small and movable, which is a positive sign. Since they haven’t changed in size over the past two years and aren’t causing any issues, it’s likely just your body’s way of managing past infections. However, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on them. If they grow, become painful, or new symptoms appear, it's best to get them checked again for peace of mind.
