Male | 34
To improve sperm motility and morphology, consult a fertility specialist for personalized guidance. Maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, avoiding excessive alcohol or smoking, and following a balanced diet may help. And your specialist may also recommend medications, supplements, or assisted reproductive techniques like IUI or IVF.

0.10mlu/ml means pregnant or none pregnant sir
Female | 22
Speaking of "0.10mlu/ml," while mentioned, shows the quantity of hCG hormone in your body. This hormone corresponds to pregnancy. The quantity 0.10mlu/ml is considered a low level that either is an early pregnancy or is a false positive result. For one to be pregnant, the symptoms include no period, feeling sick/ throwing up, being tired, and hurting the breasts. To verify pregnancy, it is your choice to either do the test again or go to a gynecologist.

Iam 55 year old want to do the IVF
Male | 55
It may be hard to conceive as a typical sign. This is because fertility naturally decreases with age. IVF addresses this issue by combining an egg and sperm outside the body and then implanting the fertilized egg into the uterus. It’s advisable to consult with an IVF specialist who can help determine if this procedure is right for you.

Actually am currently pregnant I have bleading today so went to the ER they said they could not see the pregnancy but they said my hcg increase from 300 to 1500
Female | 28
It's understandable to feel concerned during this time. Spotting can occur for various reasons, such as hormonal changes or early complications. The rise in your HCG levels is a positive sign, indicating growing pregnancy tissue, but it's essential to follow up with a gynecologist to ensure everything is progressing well. They can guide you through the next steps and monitor your situation closely. Please rest, avoid strenuous activities, and don't hesitate to reach out for support or further evaluation.

sperm concentration is 22 million per ml total motility 33 % progressive motility 30% live sperm 48% normal morphology 15% now pls check
Male | 28
Your sperm analysis shows a concentration of 22 million per ml, which is within the normal range, but total and progressive motility are slightly lower than ideal. While 48% live sperm and 15% normal morphology are acceptable, it's advisable to consult a urologist or fertility specialist for a detailed assessment and personalized advice. They can guide you on potential next steps to improve your fertility.

Pregnancy positive aae hai
Female | 17
When a pregnancy test comes back positive, it means that your body is producing a hormone called hCG, which is only present when you're pregnant. So, it's a clear indication that you're expecting. Now, the next steps would be to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist for prenatal care. They will guide you on what to expect during pregnancy, offer advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and arrange for necessary tests to ensure a healthy pregnancy.

My fetus is measuring 10-11 behind lmp based gestational stage. What could be the cause?
Female | 26
If your fetus is measuring 10-11 weeks behind the expected stage, it could be due to a condition called intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Symptoms, such as a baby smaller than expected on ultrasound and reduced fetal movement, can be attributed to this condition. This is a result of, for instance, common factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, or some health conditions. Visit your gynecologist to get an opinion on this.

Female | 29
You're experiencing mild headaches and some strange feelings in your eyes. These could be dehydration symptoms, especially if you're drinking a lot of water while playing football. Dehydration can lead to headaches and eye strain. Make sure you're staying well-hydrated before, during, and after your game. If the symptoms continue, it's best to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Hi Sir, I have been operated for an ectopic pregnancy 4 years ago. I'm now 35 years old. My hormonal profile and my husband's sperm analysis is normal. HSG showed a fimbria end block. What options should I consider for fertility?
Have you checked the AMH level of yourself, and also the antral follicle count in Sonography?
Hsg is not the absolute report, probability of it being right is 60% since the patient is conscious and the procedure itself is painful, thus the report can falsely show positive/negative indication. The true status of the tube is better assessed by a diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy, wherein we put a telescope in your abdomen.
If in any doubt, then approach doctors from this page - Ivf doctors in India, or you can seek help from me too.

Female | 25
Missing a period can happen for various reasons, not just pregnancy. Sometimes stress, hormonal imbalances, or even certain medications can play a role. The faint positive line on your test could have been due to a very early pregnancy or a false positive result. The negative test later on might indicate that your hormone levels changed. It's good your gynecologist is monitoring you closely. Taking the prescribed medications can help regulate your cycle. If you have any concerns or if things don't improve, don't hesitate to reach out to your gynecologist again.

I checked my pregnancy nd there are two lines one C was red and the T was light pink i m so confused coz I don't want pregnancy or mne I pill bhi li thi bt abh esa kyu ho raha hai mujhe kuch smj nhi aa raha
Female | 25
The presence of two lines, regardless of color intensity, usually indicates a positive result. This can happen even if you've taken emergency contraception like the morning-after pill. Sometimes, these pills may not be 100% effective. I recommend scheduling a visit with a gynecologist for a confirmatory test and to discuss your options moving forward. It's essential to address this situation promptly to ensure your well-being.

I am an IVF patient. I am at 17 week of my pregnancy. Boob sucking by my husband will affect my baby
Female | 32
It’s understandable to have concerns during pregnancy, especially after IVF. Gentle affection, like your husband’s actions, does not pose any risk to your developing baby. Your body is designed to protect your child, and activities like these are typically safe. However, if you experience discomfort or any unusual symptoms, it's wise to consult your gynecologist for personalized advice. They can offer reassurance and guidance based on your specific situation.

I want to chk I m pregnant or not
Female | 30
To determine if you're expecting, observe your body for signs such as missed periods, fatigue, nausea, or breast tenderness. These may suggest pregnancy but can also arise from stress or hormonal changes. A home pregnancy test offers quick results and can be found at local pharmacies. For the best accuracy, take it a few days after your missed period. Regardless of results, discussing your concerns with a gynecologist is wise, as they can provide personalized insights and care.

It's essential to consult a gynecologist for a thorough evaluation, including possible follow-up scans or tests. It sounds like you're experiencing a challenging situation. A negative result can occur for several reasons, including testing too early or variations in hormone levels. Symptoms during this period may include fatigue, nausea, and mood swings. I encourage you to wait a few days before retesting, as it might provide a clearer picture. Additionally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition and self-care is crucial. If you have ongoing concerns or unusual symptoms, please consult a gynecologist. Female | 32
A positive result from a home pregnancy test, indicated by two lines, suggests that you may be pregnant. Symptoms often include missed periods, fatigue, nausea, or changes in appetite. However, home tests can sometimes give false positives. To confirm, I recommend scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist for a blood test and a thorough evaluation. This will provide clarity and ensure you receive proper guidance moving forward.
