Can self-treating phimosis lead to erection issues?

i had a phymosis problem and doctor told me a surgery but i was scared and trying to open foreskin by myself and i found that foreskin has not opened but blood has come from inside and at last, erection issue has been created

Trying to force it back on your own can result in tears and bleeding, like you experienced. This can also lead to erection issues due to the discomfort and trauma. It's essential to seek medical help from sexologist without delay. Surgery is a common and effective solution for severe cases of phimosis. In the meantime, avoid any further attempts to retract the foreskin and keep the area clean to prevent infection.
