Hello i want flawless skin , i have acne and scar on my face. so want a treatment for that. could you please guide me for the same.

  • Medicated treatments such as following can help (Over the counter):
  1. Benozyl peroxide (kills acne producing bacteria),
  2. Salicylic acid (promotes exfoliation),
  3. Retenoids (hinders inflammation and pimple formation),
  4. Azelaic acid (anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory),
  5. Topical antibiotics (kills bacteria and reduces inflammation).
  6. Caution: Although easily available in drug stores, but for more options you will have to approach a medically qualified specialist, and even for the ones mentioned above, a doctor will always have a more effective concentrate available for same. They make your skin more sensitive, so with expert guidance you would know what kind of sunscreen to use and in how much quantity to utilize, therefore read package instructions and consult a physician for beginners.
  • Advanced treatments: if OTC drugs and stronger prescriptions of doctors fail to work, then there would be advanced options available as well, such as laser resurfacing, chemical peel, dermabrasion and microdermabrasion.

  • Just a friendly advice, your basic skincare routine should comprise of following steps,
  1. Begin your day by washing your face with either a face wash foam or gel which matches with your skin type,
  2. Followed by application of moisturizer when your face is still wet, to lock the moisture,
  3. Then a sunscreen,
  4. Repeat aforementioned procedure at night, just by replacing sunscreen with a night cream,
  5. For all these products, you need to know what ingredients they contain and what you are supposed to avoid while buying skin care products that cater people with your skin type and issues.

Hy good evening sir... My name is Rahif and I am currently working in saudi arabia... I am facing mouth irritation like small bumps under right side of my tounge ,they come and go away but not permanently from last some months also from last some days I am facing oral thrush, can you guide me please..

Male | 27

The little bumps under your tongue that appear and disappear might be swollen taste buds, which don’t pose any danger. Conversely, oral thrush is a result of yeast infection. This is quite widespread and can be cured with antifungal drugs that should be prescribed by a physician. Do not forget to brush your teeth regularly and to follow a balanced diet.

The red and circular patches that have spread all over your body might be ringworm. This is a fungal infection that requires specific antifungal drugs like Terbinafine or Clotrimazole in many cases. The affected areas should be kept tidy and dry; loose clothes may also be worn.

I have alot of head lice and nits in my hair should i use ivermectin 6mg tablet for it or not

Female | 21

Head lice are little bugs that reside in your hair and give you an itch. The nits are the ovum of their species. Treating head lice is crucial to prevent the occurrence of new infections. Ivermectin tablets are an effective treatment although you should consult your doctor first. Shampoos are some of the over-the-counter treatments that may also be effective. The washing of clothing and bedding is necessary to avoid a second infestation.
