It seems that you might be experiencing some alarming symptoms that could have a lot of different reasons such as hormonal imbalances, stress, or lifestyle changes. Usual symptoms are fatigue, mood swings, or physical discomfort. To manage these, however, it is crucial to consume a well-balanced diet, to stay moisturized, and to participate in activities like yoga or meditation as methods of stress release. However, it is really crucial that you visit a qualified health professional in discussing your specific symptoms. They are the ones who can offer a comprehensive evaluation and appropriate guidance that is truly fit for your individual needs.
