What could be the possible reason for chest pain? though all the reports are normal, please suggest.

Hi, I have been experiencing chest pain since Nov'18. Post which I have done 7 ECG test, a stress test and the results were normal. I was advised hyperactivity medicines, however the pain never stopped. I met a Gastroenterologist, who confirmed no issues. Than I met a cardiologist who suggested for 2D echo, did it, it was normal. Then I did sonography, stage 1 fatty liver observed. Than did angiography, no blockages observed, however the blood flow is slow. Now I am left with nothing... The chest pain still persists, post angiography I also feel numbness in my left arm. Don't know what to do. I was recommended following medicines post angiography... strovas Dilzem sr Pan 40mg I have already started following a proper diet. Avoiding junk food, extra salt, oil etc. This has started affecting my work and i am unable to deviate from the thought of the pain

Chest pain can have various causes, even if initial reports appear normal. Potential reasons include:
Musculoskeletal Issues: Strained muscles or costochondritis may cause chest discomfort.
Gastrointestinal Conditions: Acid reflux or gastritis may mimic cardiac pain.
Psychological Factors: Stress and anxiety can contribute to chest pain.
Respiratory Issues:Conditions like pleurisy or inflammation of lung lining.
Nerve Irritation:Conditions affecting nerves in the chest may cause pain.
If chest pain persists or worsens, consult with a cardiologist for a thorough evaluation to rule out serious conditions.

Since all your reports are within normal limits, especially angiogram which is a gold standard to evaluate cardiac pathology. And as the Gastroenterologist has given you a clean chit, therefore we assume that the cause is anxiety and improper lifestyle. You need to you have a healthy lifestyle. Regular and enough sleep is must and gadget exposure has to be minimized. Regular exercises and yoga to calm your mind will be of great help. Hope our answer helps you.
