Hi sir I'm from Aurangabad sir I have a hypertrophic scar in my hands I have do laser CO2 fractional laser in this scar bt no improvement please tell me treatment for this scar

Hypertrophic scars are bumpy in nature due to excess scar tissue production and abnormal wound healing post any injury or cut. The choice of treatment would be intralesional Triamcinolone acetonide injections into the scar at 3-4weekly intervals. This may be helpful in reducing the bumpiness of the scar.
