I(22f) lost 20 kgs in 2022 and since then I am suffering from hairfall. I got blood test 2 months ago and I was deficient in vit d(9.44mg/ml) and iron(30). I need some help not sure what to do. Not so long ago I noticed some wierd looking lines on my lower back, I figured it might be from the seats at school as they have pretty sharp wooden supports that when leaned on might make dents like that.
