Body pain and a black face could signal anemia - not enough red blood cells. Anemia makes you tired, pale, and achy. Eating iron-rich foods helps: spinach, beans, meat. Drink lots of water, rest well too. See a doctor if it doesn't improve.

hi, i’m a 19 year old young woman. Starting in September 2024, I started noticing a pinkish tinge on my cheeks, primarily on my left. I stopped using blush at first, thinking it was an allergic reaction to my makeup. But then the redness became more pronounced and spread to both cheeks. For a long time, it was even on both cheeks, and it gradually became more noticeable, and the texture became a bit rough. I was very bothered by this appearance and couldn't understand why it was getting worse; it made me very nervous. I then went to many different doctors, but the doctors at the public hospital prescribed me ridiculous products that didn't suit my skin type. With each doctor's prescription, the skin got worse and more noticeable. My last visit was a month ago, and I was told I had rosacea. But with the facial cleansing foam and rosacea cream he prescribed, my skin is now much worse. Rosacea is extremely visible, turning red. My right cheek is more prominent again, and it's not just on my cheekbone; it now seems to be all over that cheek. I really don't know what to use or do.

From your description, it does sound like you may have rosacea. This condition can cause redness, flushing, and even changes in skin texture over time. Sometimes certain products or triggers can worsen it, as you've noticed. What I'd recommend is simplifying your skincare routine. Stick to gentle, fragrance-free products and avoid anything that could irritate your skin further. It might also help to identify and avoid triggers like spicy foods or extreme temperatures. If the current treatment isn't working. There are other options we can explore together. Let's work on finding a solution that suits your skin type and helps manage your rosacea effectively.

It's good that you received the necessary injections after the incident. Sometimes, even minor scratches can lead to infections, causing symptoms like fever, headache, cough, and muscle spasms. It's possible that your current symptoms are related to the scratch, but they could also be due to other factors like stress or a different infection. Since it's been over a month since the exposure and you're still experiencing symptoms on and off, it's essential to consult a healthcare provider for a proper evaluation. They may recommend further tests or treatment to ensure your well-being.
