My skin turned black from Derobin cream. Now what?

Patient's Query

Fungal infection k baat derobin cream lagane se skin black hogyai hai to ab kya karna hai

Answered by Dr. Archit Aggarwal

It's possible that the Derobin cream may have caused an allergic reaction or irritation on your skin, leading to hyperpigmentation. This is usually temporary and can improve with the right care. I suggest stopping the cream immediately and consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can gently cleanse your skin with a mild soap and apply a soothing moisturizer. Remember to avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen.

Herpes simplex is a virus that causes cold sores on your lips. These cold sores can feel painful, itchy, or tingly. Don’t touch or pick at them. You can use a cold compress and over-the-counter creams to help soothe them. Eating healthy and getting plenty of rest will help your body fight the virus better.
