Why does my son have a thick red line after nap?
My son has woken up from a nap with a read mark in a line. It is thick and red. I’m really worried.

Your son may have a skin issue called "dermatographia," meaning, "skin writing." When pressure touches the skin, red lines appear. It's not severe and commonly disappears by itself. Perhaps he laid on something leaving a mark. If it disturbs him, or worsens, consulting a dermatologist would be wise.
