Please give me all the details about hair transplantation and suggest the best hair transplant surgeon in Bhopal or Indore with cost-efficiency. I am considering Fue treatment at a minimal cost.

Answered by Samruddhi Bhartiya

Hair transplant is essentially a surgical technique which involves removing hair follicles from one part of the body, called the 'donor site', to a bald or balding part of the body, which is also known as the 'recipient site'.
From what we gather, there are 4 types of procedure when it comes to hair transplant, you may read ahead to know more:
FUE - Follicular Unit Extraction: During this treatment, the surgeon extracts hair follicle one at a time and places them in a storage solution. Once the extraction process is complete, the surgeon then opens up canals on your scalp, for the grafts to be implanted, which is ultimately followed by implantation of those canals with the grafts which were extracted & stored earlier.
FUT - Follicular Unit Transplant: involves removing a linear strip of hair from the donor site and implanting same on the recipient site.
PRP - Platelet Rich Plasma treatment: is a non-surgical treatment where your blood is drawn, then plasma rich platelet is extracted from it, which is thereafter injected in those areas where the thinning is seen.
DHI - Direct Hair Implantation: Here the surgeon opens up canals on the recipient site beforehand, which has to be your bald or balding area. It is then followed by them removing the hair follicles from the donor site, and implanting them in the canals on an immediate basis. This treatment is also an advanced form of FUE.
Robotic hair transplant: This technique uses a robot for the purpose of extracting hair grafts.
FUE will cost Rs. 30-45 per graft, it leaves no visible scars except minimal trauma, and the results offered can be long lasting. For this type of condition, one should consult a dermatologist. The rash may involve several causes, which include allergic reactions and skin infections. In case you have already had STI testing and treatment, the rash should be diagnosed by a specialist.

I am a 21 year old female. I have a painless neck cyst of in the left size below ear of about pea size for 4-5 years. What should I do?

Female | 21

Such cysts can grow on your neck due to the blockage in the glands. It has been there for an elapsed time and no significant pain has occurred. That is probably nothing to worry about given the duration of its time there and the fact it is asymptomatic. Still, I strongly believe that expert attention from a doctor is needed.

A red colored and long mass type thing is coming out from belly button. thick yellow discharge also came out sometimes from belly button. I have no pain, no swelling, no discomfort, nothing

Female | 24

It looks as though you burgeon an umbilical granuloma which is a small piece of tissue that protrudes from your belly button. The yellow discharge may be an indication of the infection. In some instances, it could come on without any pain or swelling. To do this, you have to keep the area clean and dry. It is also possible that you will need antibiotics when the infection gets worse.
