Why do I have sciatic and radial nerve pain?

Hi, I have sciatic nerve pain but everytime I lift weights at the gym I have hand discomfort especially in the radial nerve area, the strange thing is it is only on one arm at a time like today it s on the right arm and tomorrow or a few hours after it moves to the left hand and to right hand back and forth after hours or days and the other hand feels like I had nothing at all. is it a slip disk or a radial tunnel syndrome ?
