I am losing my frontal hair, is it curable?
Ma'am it depends on the underlying cause, even then a dermatologist would have certain medicated treatments as well as lifestyle based suggestions which could possibly work in your favor, if they don't then that would mean that your condition isn't curable. But even then hair transplant surgery would cover up balding and restore hair line thus making it look normal. I am having a problem dark eye circle. for this is the treatment available?
At present, there are 3 clinical treatments to help you get rid of dark circles:
i.) Skin lightening creams: they help in bringing down the darkness below your eyes.
ii.) Laser therapy: the heat produced by this ray of light helps in vaporizing damaged cells which are present under your eyes.
iii.) Chemical peel: a mix of certain acids which are useful for your skin, will be applied to your skin to peel off later on.
Additionally, there are slightly invasive surgical procedures too, one will be concerned with removal of fat from the lids of your eyes if their shadow makes it seem as if you have dark circles, which is known as blepharoplasty, and the other procedure would involve injecting certain acids into the tissues under your eyes, as recommended by trained specialists, so as to subdue volume loss underneath your eyes, they are known as fillers. I want to change my face to another face is that possible??
The features of your face can change a little, such as cheeks, nose, lips, or eyes, but the bones of your face won't change and they provide the ultimate structure to your face, thus it's not important that post surgery you will be able to look like someone else. However, you would have a slightly better and youthful looking face. Also, if you carry conditions like diabetes, hypertension, uncontrolled thyroid, asthma, pre-existing cardiac problems, bleeding disorder, or is allergic to certain drugs, then you may avoid going for a surgery. For this surgery you would have to approach hospitals, and the department will be aesthetic surgery - which is a sub-specialty of plastic surgery. You can read our blog if you wish to have a basic idea of how much different treatments meant to enhance your facial features can cost - the Cost of Plastic Surgery in India. And for relevant hospitals you can sift through this page - Best Cosmetic And Plastic Surgery Hospitals in India.

I am 47 year old woman, I have diabetes since last 6,7 years, sugar level is mostly more than 200. And vitamin B12 and vitamin D is very less. Please suggest medicines.
It's better to visit a specialist in person, as for diagnosis it will be essential to go through the latest blood reports and logbook readings, and additionally your details regarding current prescription is required as well. But I will advise you to take Multivitamin B12 like Nervmax and Uprise D3 for few months. Got injured sacroillzc jojnt ligaments, suffering from dysfunctiong, rdgarding fusion of si joint
Although sacroiliac joint dysfunction is usually considered to be the source of lower back and/or leg pain, it can be difficult to diagnose. When the normal mobility of the sacroiliac joint, which joins the triangular bone at the bottom of the spine (the sacrum) to the pelvic, is interrupted, it can produce pain.
• More specifically, sacroiliac joint pain can be caused by either too much or too little movement. Because they can feel so similar, leg pain caused by sacroiliac joint dysfunction might be difficult to distinguish from radiating leg pain caused by lumbar disc herniation (sciatica). The most common causes of SI joint dysfunction are excessive or insufficient mobility.
• Excessive movement in the sacroiliac joint (hypermobility or instability) can make the pelvis feel unstable and result in pain.
• Excessive mobility generates pain in the lower back and/or hip that can spread into the groin, whereas lack of movement (hypomobility or fixation) causes muscle tension, discomfort, and a loss in mobility.
Consult an Orthopedist for further investigations and treatment.

I have acne issues which doesn't go away until it's filled with pus and oozes out on its own. I have acne scars and dark circles. What should I do to prevent getting acne.
All acne is caused by clogged pores, but non-inflammatory ones don't have bacteria in the mix and neither are situated deeper within the pores. When oil, bacteria, and other foreign substances are trapped deeper within your pores, your body’s natural defense is to produce pus. In short, pus filled acne meaning that there is bacteria. For inflammatory acne treatment, you have following options:
- Over the counter drugs: use skin care products which have Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
- Appropriate skin care regime: Wash your face in the morning and night, wear oil free moisturizer after washing face, followed by a sunscreen. And please don't scratch or pop them.
- If even after months you don't find changes then see an expert: they will have topical retinoids, isotretinoin, oral antibiotics, topical antibiotics, and hormonal medications, or even advanced clinical treatments.
- Please do not use any home remedial treatment: because what we have observed is, that people apply seemingly healthy ingredients to their skin, without knowing how to extract the right chemical from them, or what their chemical composition is and how they react with skin on application.
