Sir doctor, My mother is suffering from severe abdominal pain. Menstrual bleeding occurring. Irregular menstrual cycle. Result of sonography is bulky uterus. Sir plzzz inform me about the possible cause of these symptoms and what may be the treatment. Did my mother needs any surgery or it can cure by the use of certain medication ?
Irregular menstrual cycles are common during the perimenopausal age group. She needs a check-up. Initially, we need to give her a medical line of treatment for decreasing the pain and regularisation of menses. Endometrial thickening needs to be evaluated and treatment planned accordingly. 9 year old kid with anterior max protrusion Class 3 molar relation Want to start the treatment Is extraction also needed ?
Thes ages of 7 and 12 years, preceding the eruption of the permanent canines when the upper central and lateral incisors are tipped laterally due to the crowding created by the unerupted canines, to produce a midline space (median diastema). It is usually the self-correcting stage. Requires no treatment. When a patient has all permanent teeth erupted subsequent treatment plan can be decided. The shared treatment plan is provisional and requires OPG X-ray and clinical pictures. A more accurate plan can be done after the above investigations. I have very uneven skintone and pimples. I am looking to get a clear face skin.
The uneven skin tone could be due to pigmentation caused by acne. It can be treated with certain depigmentation or lightening creams like kojic acid, arbutin, etc. Also, the golden rule is to always apply sunscreen to prevent exacerbation of the existing pigmentation and also for its prevention. You can also consult Dermatology for further information.

Hi sir , my self vaccinated with covishield 1st dose vaccine but next day onwards suffered with issues (lips swelling ,rashes ) I continued to use levocetrizine swelling is gone but once I stopped levocetrizine problem is persisting and my question should I can take 2 nd dose of covishield or 2nd dose of covaxine or stop taking vaccine
You should avoid the second dose of the Covishield vaccine as probably you are allergic to one of its constituents. You can also visit a General Physician for further investigation of your allergy.
