Blepharoplasty post op care is as follows: 

• Wear dark sunglasses during daylight.
• Put ointment, which is used during your surgery. It may blur your vision, but it is temporary and will go away within 24 hours.
• Do not wear contact lenses for at least 2 weeks after your surgery, but you can wear eyeglasses.
• Do not drive for 5 to 10 days after surgery, or more until you have stopped consuming pain killers and don't have a blurry vision.
• Try to rest completely for 3-4 days and avoid heavy work and weight-lifting after the surgery.
• Avoid sneezing, coughing, and vomiting
• if you have nausea or a cold, then immediately inform your doctor, as it can raise your blood pressure and cause bleeding at the site of operation.
• Rest your head on 2 to 3 pillows while sleeping, for next 2 weeks. It will help prevent swelling at the site of operation.
