If you think your chest pain is due to smoking, then you must stop smoking to reduce the risk further. Get a thorough evaluation done by a cardiologist or pulmonologist for further treatment.

Is light pink bleeding at 5 months dangerous after sex?
Pink spots showing up after sexual activity during pregnancy can happen. That's because pregnancy makes the cervix extra sensitive due to more blood flowing there. A bit of spotting like this is normal and usually no big deal. But if the bleeding gets heavier, doesn't stop, or comes with cramps, you'll want to see a gynecologist.

Inflamed Uvula: Causes, Symptoms, Treatment
Irritation of the uvula occurs when the tiny fleshy thing dangling at your throat's rear gets inflamed and reddened. It causes a sensation like something's stuck, tickling your throat. Infections, allergies, or excessive snoring could trigger this. To soothe it, consume chilled beverages and refrain from spicy fare. If discomfort persists, consulting an ENT specialist is advisable.

Why Does My Testicular Skin Burn When Touched?
A burning sensation on the testicular skin can be caused by irritation, fungal infection, sweating, tight clothing, or even an allergic reaction.
Keep the area clean and dry, wear loose cotton underwear, and avoid harsh soaps.
If the discomfort persists, worsens, or is accompanied by redness, itching, or swelling, it’s important to see a doctor—preferably a dermatologist or urologist—for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Prolonged Bleeding After Light Period Start – Is Nexamic 500 Safe to Use?
\Since your period has extended unusually and started with spotting, it could be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, travel, or a temporary cycle shift.
Nexamic 500 (tranexamic acid) is generally used to reduce heavy or prolonged bleeding, and it’s safe for short-term use if you have no history of clotting disorders. However, it’s always better to take it under a guidance of gynecologist, especially if bleeding continues beyond 2–3 days of medication.
As for the gym and weight lifting, light to moderate exercise is usually fine, but heavy workouts can increase strain and may slightly impact bleeding. It's best to avoid intense weight lifting until your bleeding settles.
If the bleeding continues for more than 12–14 days or gets heavier, please seek local medical care as it may need further evaluation.

Can Childhood Stitches Reopen While Trekking at Age 19?
If the stitches were from your childhood and the wound healed completely, there’s no risk of them reopening now—the skin and tissues would have fully recovered.
You can safely go trekking, but if you feel pain or notice weakness at the old injury site, consider getting it checked once from dermatologist before your trip. Otherwise, you're good to go!

Wrist Cut Healing with Yellow Coating – Is It Infected?
The yellow layer on your wound could be a normal part of healing (called a fibrin layer), but it can also indicate mild infection if it looks thick, has a bad smell, or is painful.
Since it's not looking good to you, it’s best to keep the area clean, avoid touching it often, and consult a dermatologist to check if you need an antibiotic or proper wound care.
Continue applying Cipladine if advised, but don’t ignore any signs of redness, swelling, or pus.

Mild breathlessness and chest congestion persisting for 3 days, even while on Azithromycin, should be monitored closely. It may indicate a lingering infection or another underlying issue. I recommend a physical examination and possibly a chest X-ray or further tests. Please consult your cardiologist for treatment after correct evaluation.

How to Get Rid of Melasma and Pigmentation Effectively
To get rid of melasma and pigmentation, focus on a consistent skincare routine and medical guidance. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen daily to prevent worsening. Topical creams with ingredients like hydroquinone, kojic acid, or azelaic acid can help lighten dark spots. For deeper pigmentation, treatments like chemical peels, laser therapy, or microneedling may be recommended by a dermatologist. Always consult a skin specialist before starting any treatment to ensure it's right for your skin type. With patience and the right care, pigmentation can be reduced effectively.

Chronic Left-Sided Numbness and Nerve Pulling: What Could Be the Cause?
It sounds like you're experiencing long-term nerve-related symptoms despite normal MRI and CT scans. This could be due to peripheral nerve issues, muscle imbalances, postural problems, or even central sensitization—where the nervous system becomes overly reactive over time.
Acupuncture giving some relief suggests the issue might be functional or nerve-related rather than structural.
I recommend consulting a neurologist as issues in the cervical or lumbar spine can also cause these symptoms.
Meanwhile, continue gentle physical therapy, maintain hydration, and avoid long periods in one position.

Lump on Scrotal Skin: Is It Serious and Can It Be Treated?
A lump on the skin of your scrotal sack is often harmless—like a sebaceous cyst or ingrown hair—but it’s important to get it checked. Most skin lumps are treatable and do not affect the testicles directly. However, if the lump grows, becomes painful, or you notice changes in your testicles, consult a sexologist immediately. Early diagnosis ensures proper treatment and rules out anything serious.
