Good morning I'm Adele I'm 44 female I suffer from depression exssiety nervous all the time I don't sleep I'm going through a divorce and have all the time megrains my sister gave me too stilpain and it helped can dr help me please

Being nervous and not being able to sleep are usual symptoms of stress among other things like migraines especially after a divorce. By the way, Stilpain should help ease the pain but it would be better if you could see a psychiatrist soon to discuss everything with them. They may be able to give some advice on how best to deal with such situations.
