I have Fordyce spots or pimples or penile papules on bottom of my penis since 3 years I don't have any pain or rashes but they are spreading. Can you help me for my problem.

Fordyce spots are the glands which are present in everybody. These are normal and atomical structures that are more visible in few people and it is completely normal to have them. First it is advised to avoid treatment for the same. If somebody desires for cosmetic treatment then it can be taken care with radiofrequency ablation or carbon dioxide laser which will remove the glands.
