Dialysis, medicines, and managing glucose levels as well as symptoms is the only way she can survive, but kidney failure can't be cured and the prognosis doesn't seems to be good. We hope that she will lead a better life if her symptoms are managed. Approach a nephrologist - Nephrologist in India.
