I have red dots on my shaft (penis) and I can't figure out what they are, I've looked at pictures (regrettably) and none of them look like what I have. My first thought was pimples/acne, because I haven't had a good shower schedule nor have I had a good diet, but they don't look like pimples, they have black dots in the middle.
